Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und hat 2 Fenster. Es ist ein sanierter Altbau und hat somit wunderschönes Fischgrätparkett in der ganzen Wohnung, sowie hohe Decken. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert.
Es gibt ein paar Dinge die ich gerne abgelöst haben möchte. Hierzu zählen Bett und Schränke, sowie anteilig Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Die Abstandszahlung beträgt 500€.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Friedenheimviertel. Es zeichnet sich durch Kopfsteinpflaster und sehr schöne alte Gebäude aus. Die Tram 19 und 18 ist 2 min entfernt. U5 und U3 ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die S Bahn Hirschgarten ist ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (5-10min) Edeka, Penny, HIT
Wir sind eine lustige und ordentliche Männer Berufstätigen WG. Wir sind alle teilweise viel unterwegs aber genießen die Zeit auch gerne gemeinsam. Wir sind sehr aufgeschlossen und weltoffen. Wir wollen auf Grund der Berufstätigkeit bitte keine Studenten.
