The rent is 600€, everything is included - electricity, heating, internet etc. and the deposit is 1000€.
The room is available from 1st of September. It's around 11 m2 and fully furnished. All the furniture you see in the photos is provided - bed, closet, desk, chair, shelf, lamp, bedside table.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a new stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc, but no dishwasher.
There are 1,5 bathrooms - one is a full bathroom with bathtub and toilet, the other one is just the toilet.
There is a new washing machine that also works as a dryer.
The flat is very well connected by public transport. It is located right in front of Laim S-bahn station. With the S-bahn it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the city center. The U-bahn station Laimer Platz is 10 minutes walking distance. There are also buses and trams nearby.
All the necessary shops and amenities are nearby, Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Fitstar gym, pharmacies, banks.
The flat is on the 7th floor and there is an elevator.
We are an international 5-person WG, a mix of students and young professionals. Your future flatmates will be Javier (30) from Spain , Sofija (26) from Serbia, and Danilo (34) from Italy. We are currently looking for two new flatmates to move in from September!
We don't spend a lot of time together since we all have different schedules and are quite busy during the week with work/studies. But we have a friendly atmosphere in the flat, so we often like to have a chat in the kitchen or grab a beer. Open communication and being respectful towards each other is very important.
We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so there is a regular cleaning plan.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and relaxed, and is planning to stay at least 6 months or longer in the flat, since this is what the landlord requires. We are an international WG, so we are mostly speaking in English or Spanish with each other. It's very important that you are tidy and clean after yourself :)
