IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE DATE: long term is from 1st July 2024. June 2024 is rented out. The date 16 May 2024 is because we are also looking for anyone that wants a few days now in May 2024, we even put the room on Airbnb, price through here is 43 per night, please ask for availability. Deposit is for long term only, we waive it for short term.
Your room is about 10.46 m², underfloor heating and a ventilation system. The furniture (bed, desk and closet) are to be taken over for 150€. In the rent of 740€ everything is included (electricity, internet etc.), except the cleaning lady which accounts for the 30€ of other costs.
The entire apartment goes over a total of 3 floors (ground floor to 2nd floor) and is located in a modern new building.
On the ground floor, there is a hallway, a very large living room (with seating, couch, projector, sound system, etc.), the kitchen (with dishwasher), a guest toilet and a terrace (with barbecue).
On the 1st and 2nd floor, there are 2 rooms each and a bathroom with bathtub on the 1st floor and walk-in shower on the 2nd floor.
The apartment has 2 large south-facing balconies, which belong to the two larger rooms but can also be shared, if the doors are open you are welcome in.
In the middle of Schwanthalerhöhe. Various shopping facilities (Edeka, Lidl, DM) are within walking distance.
The S-Bahn and Tram are within 3min.
With the new bridge (Arnulfsteg) you are now also in Neuhausen/Maxvorstadt super fast.
Your flatmate will be Roberto 36 employed, Gabriella 26 employed and Sebastian 26 working and doing his PHD.
We are not a purpose Wg and always in for movie night, game night, after work (-beer), hiking, sports, etc.
Smoking is allowed in the terrace and balconies, but we are still looking for somebody who is not a regular smoker.
Every 2 weeks, a cleaning lady comes by to clean all the common areas.
Short term and registering the address are also possible. You will be doing a subrenting contract with Roberto, who is the only one left from the main contract. Changing the main contract eventually is possible, but it would be a whole new contract, no name changes are allowed on the contract by the landlords (a company).
