Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung umfasst vier Zimmer, Bad und WC getrennt, eine große Küche (incl. Spülmaschine) sowie ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couchecke und Esstisch! Über das Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die Terrasse, wo es sich im Schatten der Bäume wunderbar sitzen lässt. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller, wo es auch einen Fahrradkeller und ein Kellerabteil für uns gibt.
Dein Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und geräumig. Dein Fenster zeigt zur Rückseite des Hauses (Westseite), du hast damit einen sehr ruhigen Rückzugsort. Das Zimmer ist mit 16qm das größte in der Wohnung.

The flat is located in the first floor and consists of four rooms, seperated bathroom and toilet, a spacious kitchen as well as a huge living room, with cozy couches and a dining table. We also have a nice terrace.
Your room is spacious and has a nice layout. Your window is oriented towards the back of the house (west side), therefore the room is very calming and quiet. At roughly 16sqm it is the biggest room in the flat.
Die U-Bahn-Station Holzapfelkreuth (U6) ist zu Fuß in ca. fünf Minuten erreichbar. Der Laimer Platz (U5) ist mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum ist so in 20-30 Minuten gut erreichbar. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man den Rosengarten, von wo aus sich der Westpark erstreckt. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein Lidl sowie zwei Tankstellen und der nahe gelegene Laimer Platz bietet mit Edeka, Rewe, DM oder einem Bioladen alles, was man für die täglichen Besorgungen benötigt.

The two nearby subway stations are Holzapfelkreuth (U6) and Laimer Platz (U5) which are easy to reach either by foot or by bus in 5 to 20 minutes. Thus the city center is reachable in under 30 minutes. The beautiful Westpark is literally only a stone's throw away. In the vicinity there are several supermarkets, gas stations, drug stores etc.
Wir drei Mitbewohner*innen (27 bis 30 Jahre) sind ein Doktorand in der Physik, ein Masterstudent (auch Physik) und eine Biochemie-Doktorandin. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam, sitzen abends auf der Terrasse, spielen Karten, geben uns aber ebenso Raum, wenn benötigt. Ach, und wenn du mal einen Platten am Fahrrad haben solltest, kannst du dich auf mentale Soforthilfe und technischen Support immer verlassen. Sauberkeit und Wohnlichkeit sind uns wichtig, die Wohnung soll für alle Mitbewohner*innen ein Zuhause sein.

We are between 27 and 30 years old; one PhD and one master student (both physics) and the third one is doing her PhD in biochemistry. We like to have a vivid flatshare, play games, cook together, sit on the terrace and talk, but also give each other space when needed. And in case you get a flat tire you can always count on us for mental and technical support. ;) In order for everyone to be able to feel at home, we emphasize keeping the flat clean.
