Ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer in einer 2er WG von Juli 2023 bis Jänner 2024. Es ist 15m² groß, hat einen großen Kasten, ein Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch und ein Regal. Es ist in den Süden ausgerichtet und sehr hell.
Mein WG-Mitbewohner Stefan ist 26 Jahre alt und im Bereich Software Engineering tätig. Er kocht sehr gerne und entspannt abends am liebsten mit Freunden oder Film schauen. Ihr werdet euch das Bad, Esszimmer und die Küche teilen.
In direkter Nähe (max. 5 Gehminuten) gibt es einen 2 Bäcker, 1 Apotheke, Rewe und Penny. Die S-Bahn (S7) sowie die U6 sind in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem ist man innerhalb von 15 min beim Südpark und innerhalb von 25 min beim Westpark und der Isar. Also auch ideal, wenn man gerne im Grünen sein mag. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da direkt davor ein Park ist. Der Blick aus meinem Zimmer ist Richtung den begrünten Innenhof. Also mit Lärm muss man hier definitiv nicht rechnen.
