Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² groß, hat zwei große Fenster und ist möbiliert mit Bett, Schrank, Kommode, und Schreibtisch. In der Wohnung ist eine gemeinsame Küche und ein Bad mit einer Waschmaschine. Im Keller kann man seine Wäsche aufhängen und es ist noch jede Menge Platz um Fahrräder etc zu lagern.
Das Zimmer ist bis Ende Februar 2019 frei, daher wäre es am Besten, wenn Du auch bis dahin dort wohnen möchtest.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten ist man an einer Bushaltestell des 63er. Mit 10 min Bus und 15 min U3 braucht man ca. eine halbe Stunde z.B. zum Marienplatz. Etwa 2 min zu Fuß entfernt sind auch ein Penny, Edeka und Rewe. Außerdem ist etwa 10 min entfernt ein sehr schönes Waldstück in dem man super laufen gehen kann.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Japanologie im 3. Semester. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie Sport, kocht unheimlich gerne und näht und bastelt auch ab und an.
Am besten passt Du zu Ihr, wenn du auch gerne kochst -egal ob dus kannst oder nicht- auch gerne mal nen Film zusammen ansiehst oder einfach gerne mal quatscht.
