Das Zimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit Balkonzugang . Bei 18qm bleibt genügend Platz für alles was Wert hat jedoch haben wir auch eine Garage und einen Speicher in dem man alles überschüssige verstauen kann. Die Wohnung hat 3 Badezimmer weshalb es Morgens nicht zum Stau kommt.
Das Haus befindet sich in Fürstenried östlich der A96 welche eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt bietet.
Die U3 hält an der Forstenrieder Allee welche in 10 min zu fuß oder 3-5 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen ist. Wir liegen in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet mit ein paar take away shops in der nähe
Wir suchen für unsere WG einen neuen Mieter. Wir sind Momentan 6 Studenten (2 dual) und ein Berufstätiger. Am Wochenende haben wir hier und da mal eine Party in unserem großen Gemeinschaftsraum und sitzen auch unter der Woche mal gerne zusammen, jedoch ist das Haus zum einen sehr gut Schall isoliert und zum anderen nehmen wir alle Rücksicht darauf das jeder seinen Schlaf bekommt.
Bei uns wird überwiegend Englisch gesprochen weshalb es von Vorteil ist wenn du mit der Sprache ungehen kannst.
English:
We are renting out our 8th room in our big house in Forstenried. The Room itself has 18sqm and the house itself has about 200sqm. Your room will be facing south with a balcony. We have a huge common area and an even bigger garden which is great for the summer. Also we have made ourself a little workout area in the garage.
The kitchen has two big stoves so that 2 people can cook simultaneously without bumping into each other. Also we have three bathrooms which helps a lot in the morning.
Even though we are quite a few people it doesn't ever really feel stuffed in the house as there's quite some room available, which is kinda uncommon in Munich.
We've sometimes host flat party's where everyone in the house is free to join but we never invite too much people and the house is pretty soundproof so it doesn't really stop anyone from sleeping. We would still prefer when you would join us for the fun tho.
The Forstenrieder Forst (forest area) is about 10 min away as well as the U-Bahn station Basler Straße which is part of the u3 line and gets you to Marienplatz within 20-25 minutes.
We are close to the a96 which is joining into the city highway that get's you anywhere fast if you travel by car.
