26 m2 bedroom partially furnished, in a big flat with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 big bathrooms (including dishwasher, washing machine, 2 big fridges, oven, microwave and induction stove). There is also a big 40m2 terrace with barbecue grills and a table.
The whole flat is under the street level but it has it's own huge terrace that makes the kitchen a very bright place and the room has a full wall of windows that make it also bright (as you can see in the pictures).
Nice neighborhood, close to the Isar.
You can reach the city center by foot along the Isar in 30 min.
There are multiple supermarkets at a walking distance from the flat (<10min walk).
5 min to U-Bahn station Candidplatz (U1).
15 min to U-Bahn station Kolombusplatz (U1-U2).
Bus 54, X30, 52 less than 5 min walk.
It's a chill place.
We are an international WG with both students and working people.
We all like to cook (and eat) and we sometimes organize meals together.
The kitchen/ living room is the meeting point, with a size of approx 30m2. We all have enough storage for our personal stuff in the kitchen and share most of the equipment.
We are looking for a social person who's able to live in a 6 people WG.
As for us: we are one brazilian and two french girls, one dutch and one german guy.
The current tenant is willing to sell his sofa, his bed, and one shelf in addition to the two shelves belonging to the room.
The landlord will ask for a proof of income.
Please don't mind the mess in the bedroom on the photos. The previous tenant was here for 6 years 😂
