Zur Wohnung/Zimmer:
-DG Wohnung im 4. Stock
- Zimmer ca. 12 qm, aber das ist nur geschätzt, da uns leider kein Grundriss vorliegt.
-Großes Bad und große Küche
- Dachterrasse, die allerdings nur durch das Zimmer einer Mitbewohnerin zu erreichen wäre.
-Es müsste eine Ablöse für Waschmaschine (250€; 10 Jahre Garantie) gezahlt werden
-Das Zimmer wird leer vermietet und vor Auszug gestrichen
10 min zur U1 mangfallplatz
Momentan Leben hier Andrea, Yasmine und ich, wobei sowohl Yasmine und ich aus der Wohnung ausziehen (spätestens zum 15. Januar, am liebsten aber schon vorher).
Wichtig ist uns, dass du die gemeinsam genutzten Räumlichkeiten sauberhältst,d.h. nach dem Kochen sauber machst. Da Andrea auch Abends und am Wochenende von zuhause aus arbeitet, sind Partys in der WG nicht erwünscht.
