Hi all, i am moving out to go back to Singapore for my studies. As such, I’m looking for someone to take over the room
The room is actually freshly renovated and has about 16 square meters and is equipped with a spring mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe - basically everything that you might need.
The flat consists of 6 rooms (my room, the rooms of my 3 roommates,and a big kitchen, and the bathroom and toilet are seperated which makes it super convenient. The kitchen is also properly equipped as well as washing machine and dish washer.
The flat is located on the ground floor.
TOP LOCATION: Metro station directly near the apartment, 1 minute to the metro station U1 Candidplatz.
The location is less than a 15 minutes train ride to Marienplaz and Hauptbahnhof.
There are various pubs, cafés and restaurants - all within a few minutes walking distance
There is also a grocery store, Edeka, Aldi and DM store - all within a few minutes walking distance.
You will be leaving with 3 other people.
Nils is employed in an reinsurance company.
Antonia is currently in TUM as an Erasmus student
Arkadii is currently working in a start up company.
They are a kind and friendly bunch of people and are all around the same age. We mainly communicate in English but some can speak other languages such as German, French, Russian.
We have a whatsapp chat group to invite each other to any events that we would like to go together as a group or go to the nearby bar for a quick chat/ drink.
It would be nice if it wasn't just a place to sleep but rather a real shared flat. Of course you don't have to stick together, but it's nice to have something in common, to exchange a few words from time to time, to cook together, to listen to music, to do something, to get to know each other's friends and to do something relaxed
