Hello,
ich ziehe Mitte Januar wieder näher an meine Heimat zurück. Deshalb wird mein Zimmer in der Wohnung frei. Es ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 55 Quadratmeter groß. Es gibt zwei Zimmer, Küche, WC und Bad (mit Waschmaschine). Wir haben auch einen Keller und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Am 01.02. zieht auch meine Mitbewohnerin aus, da sie mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht. Die WG wird also komplett neu besetzt :)
Die Wohnung ist ca. 5 min von der U-Bahn Haltestelle U1 Mangfallplatz entfernt. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe (Edeka, Bäcker, Post, Eisdiele). Ich mochte die Lage und Gegend sehr gern. Falls du Naturfreund bist, ist auch der Perlacher Forst oder die Isar in der Nähe.
Beim Einzug müssen alle Möbel gegen Ablöse übernommen werden. Das wären Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Schreibtisch (mit Stuhl). Optional würde ich dir ein kleines Schuhregal hier lassen, wenn du Interesse hast :)
