4 Zimmer insgesamt mit großem Wohnzimmer (22qm), Balkon mit Blick auf den Maibaum, 2 Bädern (Waschmaschine + Trockner) die separat genutzt werden. Dein Bad befindet sich direkt neben deinem Schlafzimmer und hat eine Badewanne. Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß mit Blick zum Innenhof bzw Garten.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der U1 (Candidplatz) und U2/U7/U8/U1 (Kolumbusplatz). Beides ist zu Fuß in maximal 8min Gehzeit zu erreichen. Hauptbahnhof ist 10min mit der Bahn entfernt. Es fährt auch ein Bus 2min Gehzeit entfernt durchs Glockenbach bis zum Marienplatz. Die Isar ist in 5min Gehzeit zu erreichen. Im Umkreis von 10min gibt es viele Restaurants (vor allem Griechen), einen Aldi, einen Penny und einen DM. Ein Bankautomat ist ebenfalls nur 5min entfernt.
Edgar ist 28 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Saesforce Consultant (wie ich). Er ist tagsüber immer im Office und kocht abends sehr gerne. Er spricht fließend deutsch, englisch und portugiesisch.
