Welcome to one of the absolutely most beautiful shared apartments in Munich :)!
I am subletting my room because I'm traveling from feb 5 - march 18. 855€ for the whole time :). There is also enough space to relax in the rest of the apartment: we have a beautiful living room, a large balcony and a kitchen where you can also cook properly.
We are a 10-minute walk from Mangfallplatz (U1). There are various shops there (baker, café, Edeka, ice cream parlor, restaurant, electronics store, post office). From Mangfallplatz you can take the subway to the main station in 10 minutes.
Other supermarkets and drugstores can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes.
There are also two bus stops just a 3-minute walk from us (lines 139 and 220), from where the buses go directly to Giesing Bahnhof.
A plus point about the residential area in Obergiesing is definitely the Perlacher Forest, which can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
There are plenty of parking spaces nearby, so parking is not a problem.
Internet, GEZ, electricity, water, gas, shared flat fee...
We are not a Zweck WG, but rather want a pleasant, friendly life together and look forward to dinner together, a coffee chat or two, a glass of wine after work or even a movie evening. Of course you can also retreat if you need some rest or are simply tired from work/university...
Your roommates are currently Cori (25, student), Alix (26, student) and Ayo (28, student). The roommates are international, we speak German, Spanish and English.
We divide up cleaning, tidying up and buying toilet paper so that everyone contributes something to life in the shared apartment and it stays tidy.
