Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoß mit einem großen (7qm) Balkon in Richtung Innenhof. Es ist super ruhig, auch im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern. Die Fenster zum Balkon lassen sich komplett öffnen.

Die Wohnung liegt Direkt am schönen Hans-Mielich-Platz, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka, Dm, Penny) direkt um die Ecke. Auch die nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen, Candidplatz (U1) und Kolumbusplatz (U2) sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das absolute Highlight ist die Isar-Nähe, die auch in nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht ist.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm. Dich erwarten super liebe Mitbewohner/-innen, mit denen man abends mal was trinken kann, ausgehen, kochen oder sonst etwas unternehmen. Wenn du aber deine Ruhe brauchst, dann wird das respektiert. Allgemein sind alle ruhig und sauber. Auf ein Kennenlernen freuen sich alle und vielleicht passt es ja :)
