Die Wohnung selber umfasst ein großes Wohnzimmer (28 Quadratmeter), eine modern ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine, Spülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, Backofen und Kühlschrank zur Mitbenutzung. Das geräumige Bad bietet ausreichend Platz, um alle seine Sachen unterzubringen. Die Toilette befindet sich in einem extra Raum. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich einen Stock tiefer in der Waschküche und kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.

The room/rooms can come part furnished (bed, wardrobe, table) but it's also possible to empty them. The rooms have stripped wooden floors, big sized glasdoors, facing south-east and the garden, 37 squaremeters (half part of the terrace included), - you can fit all your stuff inside-.
You would be sharing the appartment with one other professional. There is a shared kitchen, living-room, and two shared bathrooms and a reasonable sized garden with a big terrace. There is also a washing-machine, dryer, broadband, fridge, dish-washer, etc. available.
Die wunderschöne 4-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich zentral zwischen U-Bahnhof Kolumbusplatz und der Isar / Wittelsbacher Brücke. Ins In-Viertel Glockenbach sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, wobei hier jeder Typ vom luxuriösen Lebemann/der luxuriösen Lebefrau bis hin zum ökonomisch Sparsamen / zur ökonomisch Sparsamen voll auf seine Kosten kommt; neben Penny, Aldi, Rossmann und DM sind auch Rewe, Edeka und eine Art Edeka-Ableger fußläufig erreichbar. There are excellent transport connections into the city center. The station U1/U2 Kolumbusplatz is only 5 minutes away. The way with the tube to the mainstation needs another 6 minutes. There is also the possibility of cycling as there are a lot of relaxing cycling paths alongside the nearby river (Isar) into the center. There is also a bus station Nr. 52 to Marienplatz.
Die ideale Mitbewohnerin, der ideale Mitbewohner hat WG-Erfahrung; nach Möglichkeit ist er/sie voll berufstätig wie ich oder muss zu Praktikumszwecken nach München, oder ist im Magister- oder Promotionsstudiengang, hat keine Kommunikationsprobleme und ist, was Mietzahlungen und Sauberkeit anbelangt zuverlässig. Also weiß, was zu tun ist, ohne daran erinnert werden zu müssen.
