Ich habe ein Zimmer anzubieten im Grünen, Nähe Tierpark, in den Isar Auen und doch zentrumsnah. (Bus 52, U1, U2).
Das Zimmer hat 14 m² und liegt in einer 2-Zimmerwohnung in einer schönen Anlage. Die Gegend ist eine beliebte Freizeitregion der Münchner beim "Flaucher". Joggen kann man bereits direkt vor der Haustür, sogar schwimmen im Bach und in der Isar im Sommer möglich.
Neues Marmorbad mit Regendusche, Küche mit großem Kühlschrank. Die schöne Terrasse, vor dem anderen Zimmer gelegen, kann gerne jeweils nach Absprache genutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist mit hellen Möbeln aus Echtholz ausgestattet, sowie mit einem massiv Holzschreibtisch und hellem Echtholz Parkett.
Freu mich von Dir zu hören. Termin zur Besichtigung nach Absprache. Das Zimmer kann im Moment auch zur Zwischenmiete vermietet werden für die Monate April und Mai.
I have a furnished room to offer in a very green area, near the zoo, in the Isar Auen and yet close to the city centre. (Bus 52, U1, U2).
The room has 14 m² and is located in a 2-room apartment in a beautiful complex. The area is a popular leisure region of the Munich people at the "Flaucher". Jogging is already possible directly in front of the front door, even swimming in the brook and in the Isar in summer is possible.
New marble bathroom with rain shower, kitchen with large refrigerator. The beautiful terrace in front of the other room can be used by arrangement. The room is equipped with light furniture made of real wood, as well as a wooden desk

Von hier aus (Haltestelle Candidplatz) fährt die U1 Richtung Norden, Olympiazentrum oder südlich Richtung Mangfallplatz,
die U2 Richtung Norden oder Richtung Messe im Süden ist ebenfalls i. d. Nähe.
Der Bus 52 fährt alle 7 Minuten von hier zum Zentrum, Gärtnerplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Sendlinger Tor
Nach einem kurzen Weg entlang der Isarauen Richtung Tierpark kann auch die U3 genutzt werden.
From here (stop Candidplatz), the U1 subway runs north, Olympiazentrum or south in the direction of Mangfallplatz,
the U2 in the direction of the north or the Messe in the south is also nearby.
Bus 52 leaves every 7 minutes from here to the centre, (Gärtnerplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Sendlinger Tor)
After a short walk along the Isarauen in the direction of the zoo, you can also use the U3.
Respektvolles Miteinander, gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und umsichtiger Umgang mit den gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind möglich (kochen etc.), muss aber nicht sein. Jeder so wie er/sie glücklich ist.
