Sehr angenehm und lichtdürchgefurtes Zimmer, mit alle Mobel (120x200 Bett, Matraze, 1,50m Schränke) 3min von Candidplatz (U-Bahn). Das Zimmer ist ruhig und gemütlich, mit einem super Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist riesig und die Küche/ Ess-/Wohnzimmer ist sehr hübsch und hat einen Blick zum Innenhof. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und alles funktioniert reiblos. Die Lage ist ruhig und grün, aber nur 8 Min vom Hbf entfernt.
Die Lage ist relativ zentral, aber trotztdem Leise, und die Isar ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Mit der U-Bahn bist du in 8min am Hbf. Es gibt viele kleine Läden, und Aldi, dm und Edeka sind auch
7-8min zu Fuß entfernt.
Mit dem ExpressBus hast du auch eine gute Verbindung zur Ostbahnhof und Harras
Du wirst die Wohnung mit David und Bella teilen. Bella kommt aus Augsburg, ist 25 Jahre alt und Sozialarbeiterin. David ist 26 und studiert Management & Technology. Wir quatschen gern in der großen Küche/Wohnzimmer und essen öfters zusammen zu abend. Wir sind spontan und gesellig, aber es kann auch sein, je nach Tag, dass du allein zu Hause bist. Jeder macht oft sein/ihr Ding.
