Dear flatsharing mates!

This is Lot, an "Spanien" student who has been selected for doing a traineeship in an international company based in "München". The traineeship is lasts 9 month at least, so I am looking for a room where to spend any time within this period.

I have lived in some different cities and countries, like Málaga (Spain) or Ohrid (Macedonia), where I have been flatsharing for long time periods. In this way, I have never had a bad experience and everybody in the flat was pretty happy because of the good athmosphete we created. In the same way I think I am an easygoing person who try to be always happy and make the people who surround him to be as happy as he is. I am a kind of nervous people who try to get things under control as much as I am able.

What I really value in my flat mates is to be nice and honest, anything else is not as important as those.
