Looking for a nice place to stay from September/October to at least August (possibly the following year too!)

Hi everyone!
My name is Ramón and I am a 23-year old incoming Master's student to the LMU. I come from Asturias, in Northern Spain.
I am a Biology graduate and the Master's I'll be starting is an MSc in Plant Science.
I am looking for a place to stay during my course - from September/October to July/August (I am flexible with the dates). I'll spend at least 2 years in Munich.
My main interest is nature and outside sports. I love skiing, hiking, nature sighting, and cycling. I am also a big fan of photography. I really like cooking and I don't smoke.
My ideal flat share would be one where we can hang out together and cook nice dishes (I could show you how to make Spanish ones!), watch films together (my favourites are horror ones), do cool plans in the city and surroundings or chill to a beer and relax.
I also appreciate having time to study and do chores (in the end, I come to Munich to study a Master's degree), so it would be great to find a balance between that and sharing nice relaxed moments.
I have shared flats before and my experiences have always been smooth and nice. I think it's very easy to communicate with me.
I am a very calm and easy going person. I can speak Spanish (my mother language of course haha), English and Italian, and I'm starting to learn German (which I'm very excited about!).
I really love travelling and learning about new cultures (and trying new dishes! I love international cuisine).
