Easygoing informatics student searching for a nice flatshare in Munich :)

I am an erasmus student who just won an application for TUM! I already lived with other people here in Italy (my homecountry) and I loved the experience, therefore I want to replicate the experience in Munich :)
I am a very open and active person, I enjoy listening to music, jogging and partying but at the same time I am also a very calm and chill person. Of course, cleanliness and respect are also important to me.
I am looking forward to experience the german culture and I am trying to learn a bit on my own so to be able to fully get to talk and learn the german language. Since the university campus is in Garching, I am looking for apartments ~40-50 minutes away from Garching by Ubahn.
