Die ZImmer liegen im 1. Stock im Rückgebäude, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig mit Blick auf den Innenhof.
Die 2 Zimmer hängen zusammen, d.h. der erste Raum ist ein Durchgangsraum. Der zweite kann nur durch den ersten betreten werden. Den ersten Raum ist das geteilte Wohnzimmer, der zweite ist Euer eigener Raum.
Im Sommer kommt ganz gut Sonne an die Wohnung, sie liegt Richtung Süden.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, 1 kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche, WC und Fenster und eine klein-mittelgroße Küche, mit ausziehbarem Tisch (Sitzgelegenheit für 3 - 6 Personen), Kühlschrank mit Gefrierabteil.
The rooms are in the 1st floor in the backbuilding, therefore really quite, with a view into the courtyard.
The 2 rooms are not separated, that means: to access the 2nd room, you have to go through the first room. 1st room is the shared living room, 2nd room is your private room.
In summer you get quite some sun, because the windows of the appartment are directed southwards.
The appartment has 3 rooms, 1 small bathroom with bathtube/shower, toilet and window and a small-middlesized kitchen with a table (seats for 3 - 6 persons), fridge with freezer-compartment.
Ostbahnhof (S-Bahnen und U5), Rosenheimerplatz (S-Bahnen), Max-Weber-Platz (U4 und U5)
sind in 5-7 Gehminuten, bzw. 1 Trambahnhaltestelle entfernt, die Trambahnen sind 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt
Die Tram 19 Richtung Pasing fährt direkt in die Innenstadt: zum Hauptbahnhof, Karlsplatz und ganz nah an den Marienplatz (Theatinerstr./Nationaltheater/Kammerspiele)
Die Trambahn 15/25 gleich an der nächsten Kreuzung, 1-2 Gehminuten (Richtung Süd: Giesing bis Grünwald)
Am Ostbahnhof viele Busse und Fernverkehr (Zug)
Wenn man etwas mehr Zeit hat, sind Englischer Garten, Schwabing und das Zentrum auch zu Fuß machbar, bzw. Englischer Garten / Schwabing entlang schöner Wege an der Isar recht schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar
Das Viertel Haidhausen ist eines der schönsten (und leider teuersten) Altbauviertel in München.
Man ist in 7-10 Minuten unten an der Isar, dem Müllersches Volksbad und einem Biergarten.
Es ist schon sehr stark gentrifiziert hier, aber hat auch noch etwas von seinem familiären dörflichen Charme - sehr nah am Zentrum und der Isar (wo man sich sonnen kann) und mit superguter Verkehrsanbindung
Außerdem ist unsere Straße eine kleine Café- und Gastronomie-Meile (italienisch, asiatisch, bayrisch, kurdisch) mit vielen Sitzplätzen draussen!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Unter anderem: 2 Bäcker, 1 griechischer Gemüseladen und 1 Penny gleich in unserer Straße
In 5 Minuten sind eine Fülle von Supermärkten, Bio-Läden, Drogerien, Bäckerein, 1 Wochenmarkt, 1 Kaufhaus und viele Geschäfte
Ostbahnhof hat natürlich auch Eß- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten außerhalb üblicher Zeiten
To make this part short: We live here between all means of transportation really close to us, have a beautiful street full of restaurants, cafés, shops and a Mini-park, and its only 7-10 walking-minutes to the Isar and the English Garden, 10-15 minutes more to the city center (by feet!), Really a gorgeous quarter.
To the university it takes you 15-20 minutes with subway or bike.
Manchmal ist man alleine in der Wohnung, manchmal bin ich oder meine Tochter oder Gäste da.
Sometimes you are alone in the appartment, sometimes I am there or my daughter or our guests.
Eventuell können wir ein Paar aufnehmen.
