Hallo zusammen,

ich biete ein schönes 17qm WG-Zimmer mit Balkon in Feldmoching zur Untermiete an.

Mietbeginn wäre der 05.03.24 bis 08.04.24 (mögliche Verlängerung).
In der 5er-WG leben eine Frau und drei Männer. Dein Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock. Es gibt ein Bad und ein WC, die du mit nur 2 anderen teilen wirst.
Im Erdgeschoss leben zwei weitere Mitbewohner, die sich zusammen noch einmal ein WC und ein weiteres Bad teilen.
Es gibt auch eine große Küche.
Außerdem gibt es noch einen Keller mit einer Waschmaschine.

Buslinie 60, 170 und 171 halten vor der Haustür, und die U2 Hasenbergl ist in der Nähe (10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus).
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z. B. Lidl oder Edeka in der Nähe.
Zum Lerchenauer-See und zum Fasanerie-See fährt man 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Christine, Raju, Stefan und Michi.
Christine und Michi leben zusammen im Erdgeschoss.
Raju und Stefan leben (mit dir) im 1. Stock.
