Das Zimmer, welches bei uns frei wird, ist ca. 13qm groß und hat ein Fenster nach Süden, und ist dadurch relativ hell. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, da das Zimmer auf den Hinterhof rausgeht. Eine stark befahrene Straße ist also nicht zu befürchten. Das Zimmer wird ab dem 12. Mai 2024 frei, kann aber auch bis spätestens 1. Juni bezogen werden. Da der Vermieter nur zwei Hauptmieter zulässt, würdest du zunächst einen Untermietvertrag bekommen, der auf ein Jahr begrenzt ist. Dieser wird jedoch im Normalfall immer wieder erneuert.
The room that is available with us is about 13 square metres and has a window facing south, which makes it relatively bright. It is also very quiet, as the room faces the backyard. So you don't have to worry about a busy street. The room will be available from May 12th 2024, but can also be occupied by june 1st at the latest. As the landlord only allows two main tenants, you would initially be given a subtenancy agreement, which is limited to one year. This is then renewed year by year.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönen Schwabing, zwei Gehminuten vom Bonner Platz entfernt. Von dort aus ist man mit der U3 ideal an das Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Es sind einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden: Rewe, Netto, dm, basic und Edeka sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn man mal ins Grüne will, bietet sich der Luitpoltpark an, der Englische Garten ist aber auch nicht weit.
Our apartment is located in beautiful Schwabing, two minutes walk from Bonner Platz. From there the line U3 offers an ideal access to the public transport network.There are some shopping facilities available: Rewe, Netto, dm, basic and Edeka are within 5 minutes walking distance. If you want to sniff some fresh air, the Luitpoltpark offers itself, but the English Garden is also not far.
Wir sind eine 3er-WG bestehend aus Philipp (33), Philip (31) und Emily (27). Letztere zieht Ende des Monats schweren Herzens aus, wodurch ein schönes Zimmer frei wird. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind beide berufstätig und arbeiten an ihrer Promotion. Philipp ist Ingenieur und bei BMW im Bereich Robotik tätig und geht gerne Bouldern, Schwimmen und spielt Handball. Philip promoviert in Physik an der TUM in Garching. In seiner Freizeit spielt er Klavier, geht joggen, klettert oder spielt Bikepolo (ja den Sport gibts wirklich ;)).
Wir suchen einen respektvollen Mitmenschen, mit dem wir unsere vier Wände teilen können. Selbstverständlich ist es jedem/r selbst überlassen, an gemeinschaftlichen Aktionen teilzuhaben oder sich in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen. Dennoch solltest du ein gewisses Maß an Gemeinschaftsgefühl mitbringen, damit die Wohnung sauber bleibt und jede/r sich wohlfühlt. Am besten wär's, du heißt nicht auch noch Philip(p). Falls doch, nennen wir dich Ralf, sonst wird's zu kompliziert ;)
We are a 3-person flat share consisting of Philipp (34), Philip (32) and Emily (27). The latter is moving out at the end of the month, leaving a nice room free. Your future flatmates both have jobs and are working on their doctorates. Philip is an engineer working in robotics at BMW and enjoys bouldering, swimming and playing handball. Philip is doing his doctorate in physics at TUM in Garching. In his free time, he plays the piano, goes jogging, climbs or plays bike polo (yes, this sport really exists ;)).
We are looking for a respectful fellow flatmate with whom we can share our home. Of course, it is up to everyone to take part in communal activities or to withdraw into their own room. However, you should bring a certain amount of community spirit with you so that the flat stays clean and everyone feels comfortable. It would be best if your name is not Philip(p). If it is, we'll call you Ralf, otherwise it gets too complicated ;)
