Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Schrank 2,30*2, Bett 1,40*2, inem Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl und regalen :)

Sehr schöne Lage nah an der Isar (Wittelsbacherbrücke). Trotz der zentralen Adresse ist man sehr nah an schönen Parks und dem Rosengarten.
Die Ubahn Station Kolumbusplatz ist in 4 min erreichbar. Um die Ecke gibt es noch ein paar Busstationen.
Supermärkte kann man in 2-5min alle zu Fuß erreichen.
Durch das 5te Stockwerk haben wir auch im Winter Sonnenschein in der Wohnung und es ist immer gemütlich.

I’m 30 years old and my cat is 3 years old.
We like it both comfy in our home. So I’m searching for a flatmate who also enjoys cozy evenings at home. I also do go out in the evenings, but I don’t like to have parties in my flat.
I like to cook, (occasionally) bake and watch movies. But also I have urban sports club, which I try to use as much as possible in my area.
We would be sharing the living room, so I would love to get along with my flatmate.
My cat is very easy going and you wouldn’t have to care for it unless you want to.
I’m working from home 3 days a week and 2 days I would be in the office.
I’m very clean and I like to keep the apartment clean. So I would like to have a cleaning schedule for the both of us.

Ich bin gerade 30 Jahre alte geworden und wohne mit meinem Kater alleine in der Wohnung.
Ich mache sehr gerne Sport mit Urban Sports Club, und treffe mich regelmäßig mit meinen Freunden.
Zuhause veranstalte ich keine Parties. Es wäre mir auch wichtig keine Party WG zu haben.
Ich arbeite 2 Tage im Büro und 3 Tage im Homeoffice. (Dies mache ich natürlich in meinem Zimmer)
Ich bin keine großartige Köchin aber wenn ich was koche dann teile ich das sehr gerne :)
Mir ist wichtig, dass wir gut miteinander auskommen und gut kommunizieren können.
Außerdem wäre mir wichtig, wenn die gemeinsamen Räume wie Küche, Bad and Wohnzimmer regelmäßig in Abwechslung geputzt werden und wir somit uns an einen Putzplan halten.
