Hallo,
Im Angebot ist ein wunderschönes 10qm Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in einem Studentenwohnheim.
Das Studentenwohnheim ist direkt am Josephsplatz (U2) und mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10 min in die stadt.
Im Zimmer sind Bett, Schrank, Stuhl und Schreibtisch mit drin.
Es ist ein Bett-Überbau mit einer 1,40 m breiten Matratze drin.
Man teilt sich zu dritt jeweils eine Toilette und ein Bad. Die Küche zu sechst, die ist ganz ok, alles funktioniert plus da ist eine große couch zum chillen drin.
Meine Mitbewohner sind alle herzlich und nett, ost aber eher eine Zweck-WG dynamik.
Im Preis ist wlan, warm etc. alles drin.
Einzug- und Auszugstag kann nach Bedarf auch angepasst werden. (1-2 Tage)
