Hey all,
we have a spare room in our international 4 person Co-Living Apartment available!
The apartment was completely renovated in October 2019 and newly equipped. Are you looking for a beautifully furnished, clean room in a cool city apartment and social connection at the same time... then you are at the right place!! :-)
The room has 16sqm and is completely furnished: 140er bed with pillow and blanket, closet, desk, lamps, curtain, shelf etc. so simply bring along clothes, move in and feel good.
The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and one seperate room for the toilette.
The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes as well as dishwasher, coffee machine and oven. In addition we have a dining area and in the living area a sofa and a Flat TV. In addition there is one more room which offer a lot of storage space.
Once a week our cleaning lady comes and cleans all common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor).
In order to feel comfortable, everything is already included in the rent:
- cleaning woman
- highspeed Internet / WLAN
- stream
- heating
- hot water
- GEZ etc...

The WG is located in Munich - City, directly in the shopping street Sendlinger Str.
- Only 3 minutes to Marienplatz (subway line U3/U6 and all S-Bahn lines)
- Only 5 minutes to Sendlinger Tor (subway U3/U6 & U1/U2 as well as tram lines ----/-------)
Restaurants, shopping, bars everything in direct surroundings, everything within walking distance.
Living right in the center of Munich and yet quiet.
A car is absolutely not necessary!
Become a roommate of our international WG! Besides this WG there are 4 more international WGs in the house. Accordingly we speak German and English. The most of the people living here are young professionals or came for their whole study to Munich.
The nice thing about our WG is that there is enough space for community and privacy. If you want to rest, calm and be alone, you can chill in your room at any time. In the large kitchen-living room there will always be someone to talk with, cook together or have a beer or a glass of wine :-)
