The room is very bright and as large as 14.77m2. The windows, which expand the full wall, face south towards a bright innenhof (inner courtyard). Consequently the room is very quiet and perfect for home office :) The room has direct access to the balcony, which can also be reached from the living room. The room is rented unfurnished (completly empty).
The common rooms include the living room, dinning room, bathroom, WC, kitchen and storage room. All common space adds up to 54m2, so approx 18m2 per person. Besides that, there are also Andy’s and Max’s rooms, which wil be your flatmates. Both of them are young consultants and do homeoffice half of the week and the rest onsite.
As you can see, the flat is quite big and invites to spend time together, which we do! Watching TV shows, doing sports together, dinners, drinks… Thats also why as young professionals we still live in a flatshare. Of course, we respect each others privacy and alone time.
Regarding location, the flat is 4 mins away from the Giselastrasse Ubahn stop (U3/6) and super close to the Englisher Garten (10 min foot, 5 min bike ride). The city center is at reach in 10 mins by bike. You can find many supermarkets (REWE, Lidl,…) in the vecinity.
