Hallo,
ich suche eine/n neuen Mitbewohnern/in. Das Zimmer ist knapp 25qm groß in einem schönen Altbau (um 1890). Die Wohnung ist in Bestlage (keine 10 Minuten zum HBF, Englischen Garten bzw. die Uni keine 5 Min mit Rad entfernt). Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre. Altbau, Fischgrätenparket.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers variiert. Über etwaigen Verbleib von Möbeln, müssten wir sprechen.

De Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch.
Die Nachbarschaft ist großartig, tolle Altbauten, eine ruhige Straße, ein alter Friedhof (hier machen alle Sport bzw. daneben ist ein Spielplatz).
Die nächste U-Bahn fährt am Josephsplatz, dieser ist keine sechs Minuten entfernt.
Ansonsten fahren an der Uni (zu Fuß 14 Min) die U3 und U6
Einfkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Kinos, Restaurants vor der Tür (wirklich).
Nette Nachbarn, sehr ruhig.

Wilde Zeit von mir ist vorbei. Bin sozial kompatibel. Habe lange im Bildungsbereich gearbeitet, promoviert und derzeit an der Uni angestellt
Ich bin sportlich und ein Lebe-Mann. Heißt, wenn ich in der Stadt bin gehe ich gerne Essen, nutze das Sportangebot und treffe Freunde.
