I am renting out my 16Qm unfurnished room in my spacious apartment central Munich. The room is (Southeast)with High-Speed Internet throughout the apartment. The room as well as the entire apartment is very bright. There is also a balcony on the west side ), accessible from the kitchen, there is a very cozy living room which you can use. Some Appliances could be used as well .
The location is one of the most popular and Central areas in Munich. With a 2 minute walk, you also have plenty of grocery stores and several ( Cafe *Jasmine and Restaurant’s.
Public transportation is also 2 minutes walking distance.

In der Wohnung gibt es sehr schnelles Internet und eine vollausgestattete Küche
Central Maxvorstadt: Die U2 UBahnhaltestelle ist 3 Minute zu fuß entfernt und auch einen Bus Haltestellen ist in der Nähe. Diverse Supermärkte Und Jede Menge Cafes/Bars und Restaurants auch in der Nähe Sind.
Der Wohnung ist mit einen Person zu teilen.

Beste Lage maxvorstadt , in 3 Minuten erreichtes Du der Pinakotheken und in 10 Minuten bist du im Englischer Garten auch noch in 15 Minuten sind Sie am Odeonsplatz und in 18 Minuten Marienplatz. Falls Du nicht laufen willst ist in 3 Minuten der U2 U-Bahn oder in 1 Minute Bushaltestelle 100 Richtung Hauptbahnhof, Falls es schnell ab in den Urlaub , ist der U2 Richtung Feldmoching und von da hinaus mit der S-Bahn zum Flughafen ( insgesamt 45 Minuten .

Was mich betrifft berufstätig in der Modebranche.
Ich bin eine angenehme Person und mach gerne meine Freizeit bin aber auch leicht gesellig.
Ich mag auch Gespräche tiefe Gespräche oder auch leicht über was passiert bei Friends :-) aber ich bin nicht aufdringlich .Mag auch meinen Down Time .
Was der Sauberkeit betrifft ist Für mich sehr wichtig Es wird ein Putzplan geben oder bezahlte Hilfe (das kann man auch persönlich besprechen.
Gemeinsam Sport machen oder gesellig an der Couch einen Film schauen oder in der Küche eine schöne Flasche Wein trinken. Ich mag das auch ab und zu gemeinsam zu kochen oder zum Essen gehen .

Der oder die Mitbewohner sollte mit sich mitbringen Eigenständigkeit! Humor" offen und leicht gesellig und ist definitiv kein großer Partygänger. Der oder die Person ist International bedenkt und Ist ein offenes Person.
