Das Zimmer wird zum Inklusivpreis von 790€ angeboten, darin enthalten sind sämtliche Nebenkosten, wie Strom, Wasser, Heizung etc. enthalten und es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten mehr an!
WiFi und ein 14-tägiger Putzdienst werden als Extraservice ebenso kostenfrei angeboten.
Die Zimmer können jeweils auf Zeit (mind. 3 Monate) max 1 Jahr gemietet werden.
Ausstattung
Die gesamte 4-Zimmerwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
Alle Zimmer sind voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, etc. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche gehören ebenso dazu.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Herd etc. Eine Münz-Waschmaschine ist im Keller nutzbar (50 Cent-2 €).
Es kann also sofort "losgewohnt werden".
Die Küche, Bad und WC werden mit den jeweils anderen 3 Mitbewohner/innen geteilt.

Lage:
Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 3. OG (letztes Geschoss) eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist absolut ruhig. Eingebettet ist das Haus in eine sehr begrünte und & parkähnlichen Anlage, so dass man auf dem Balkon noch richtig „die Seele baumeln lassen“ kann :-)
Infrastruktur:
Laim Sendling selbst ist eine sehr schöne und zentrale Wohngegend im Südwesten. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Nähe zum wunderschönen Westpark.
Die U-Bahn Friedenheimer Str. und Tram 18 ist 3 Gehminuten (300 m) entfernt und die U4 und U5 Westendstr. 10 Gehminuten.
Zur Orientierung: Mit der U4 und U5 sind Sie in 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
If you're looking for a room in a central area nearby city center, this is a very good choice (Hufnagelstrasse). The offered room (23 m²) + own balkony is fully equipped with bed, wardrobe, desk, etc. Bedding and hoover are also available.
The 4-bedroom appartment is fully furnished. Apart from your living/bedroom, there is one shared bathroom incl. tub & toilet and one separate, shared toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cutlery, toaster, kettle, dish washer, fridge incl. freezer and kitchen table. A washing machine is available for use in the basement for a small charge.
The appartment is located in 3rd floor (top floor) and surrounded by a small green "park". It is very quiet but perfectly connected to public transfer.
Laim Sendling is located in the city (south/west). It is a very nice residential area with a very good infrastructure. City center can easily be reached within a few minutes by car or public transport. Several shopping facilities are within reach by foot and the nearby Westpark is very popular for leisure activities. Underground station U4 and U5 are very close. It will bring you to main station within 7 minutes and to the universities LMU Munich or TUM Munich within 15 minutes. If you want to take the tramway, it is also nearby.
