Wir suchen ab dem 01.03.2023 eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die ein Zimmer in unserer Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung bewohnt bis Mitte Oktober bewohnt.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, die Miete beträgt 550 (Miete beträgt 500 plus 50 Euro Nebenkosten). In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Internet und GEZ-Gebühren enthalten.
Die Wege zur Universität und ins Stadtzentrum sind kurz und nicht nur mit dem Fahrrad lassen sich fast alle wichtigen Orte in München schnell erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof gelangt man in fünf Minuten.
Ich, Charlotte, arbeite an der LMU München (Literaturwissenschaft) und habe in dieser Wohnung bisher immer ein sehr schönes, harmonisches WG-Leben geführt, das sowohl einen regen Austausch als auch die Möglichkeit geboten hat, sich zurückzuziehen. Diese Art des Zusammenwohnens möchte ich gern fortführen. Ich würde die Zimmer am liebsten an jemanden vermieten, der sich in einem ähnlichen Lebensabschnitt befindet.
