Hello everyone,
I am subletting my room for a short period time.
The room is available from the beginning of August for 1 month. The free room will be without all my personal stuff, but all the furnitures will stay in place, so all the space you need for bringing your things.
Flat 🏠 3 room for a 2 WG. The highlights of the house are the big living room with a comfy sofa in which you can chill and enjoy your days/evening, and the sunny ☀️ balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped (also with dishwasher) and in the building there is a common (free) washing machine.
Location📍Schwabing-West. Amazing green neighborhood full of shop around (Netto, Rewe, Lidl), Olympiapark in 10 minutes walking, and U2 in 3 minutes walking (Hohenzollernplatz, in less than 10 minutes you are at Hbf).
Your future Flatmate is a cool and super friendly Italian guy (Marco). He is a worker and alternate the office and home office life. He is always up for a chat but he respects also the private space of the others!
Price 💶 the price for the room is 750 euro per month. Deposit 750 euro.
