Das Zimmer das ich vermiete ist sehr hoch (3,5 m) und hat ein großes Fenster. Es gibt eine kleine Terasse.
Die Wohnküche, den Flur und das Bad würden wir uns teilen.
Die Wohnung ist ca 5Min von einer S-Bahnstation an der Stammstrecke entfernt, auch ein Busbahnhof, diverse Tramstrecken und U-Bahnhaltestellen sind innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es auch gibt 5 verschiedene (Bio-) Supermärkte, Apotheken und Drogerien im Umkreis von maximal 10 Minuten gehend.
Da sie Wohnung im Hinterhof ist, ist die Umgebung relativ ruhig.
Offene Kommunikation und Absprachen sind mir wichtig.
Ich gebe mir Mühe, Ordnung zu halten, trotzdem bin ich nicht wirklich ordentlich😬 Da bin ich wohl noch in einem Lernprozess☺️
