Das Freiwerdende Zimmer hat zwar nur eine Größe von 10qm, es bietet jedoch alles, was das Herz begehrt: Genügend Raum für ein 1,40m-Bett; Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch passen auch noch rein sowie ein Regal und Kleinkram (s. Fotos). Achtung: Die Fotos dienen nur als Einrichtungsbeispiel und zeigen, wie es bislang aussah. Eine Matratze, die noch in gutem Zustand ist, wäre aber verfügbar bei Interesse.
Although the room only has a size of 10qm, it has a lot to offer. A big bed, a shelf, a closet and a desk fit in it without any problems. Be aware that the photos only show how it has looked until now. The new flatmate therefore needs to bring his own furniture.
Super Lage direkt zwischen Wienburgpark (Nordpark) und dem Kanal. Supermärkte sind in 5-10 Minuten Geh- bzw. Radentfernung erreichbar. In die Stadt dauert es mit dem Rad 10-15 Minuten. Auch die öffentliche Anbindung ist optimal, Bushaltestelle 200m entfernt und Bahnhof Zentrum nord 5-10 Gehminuten.
Great location in between the wienburgpark and the canal. Supermarkets are close by and it takes only 10-15 minutes to the city center by bike. Also there is a bus about 200m away from the house and a trainstation 5-10 minutes by foot.
Wir, Sebi (33 Jahre alt) und Luke (24 Jahre alt) leben bereits seit einiger Zeit in dieser WG und sind sehr gespannt auf eure Anfragen und freuen uns schon, frischen Wind in die Bude zu bringen!
Sebi studiert im Master Geschichte und englisch auf Lehramt und hat vorher schon Journalismus studiert. Luke ist fahrradmechatroniker. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/einer Mitbewohnerin, der/die sich mit in die WG-Gemeinschaft einbringen möchte. Natürlich machen wir alle auch mal Unsere Zimmertüren zu und haben unsere Ruhe. Gerne unternehmen wir gemeinsame Koch-/Filmabende und gehen im Sommer an den Kanal.
Die Wohnung hat leider kein Wohnzimmer, aber im Sommer kann man gut auf dem Balkon, der an lukes Zimmer grenzt, die sonne genießen. Eine kleine Küche ist auch vorhanden, die über alles verfügt, was man so an Utensilien benötigt. Das Bad hat außerdem eine Duschwanne, Fenster und Waschmaschine.
