Ab Februar 2023 haben wir in unserem Haus ein schönes, komplett möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei (für mind. 3 bis max. 6 Monate): Kleines Zimmer mit Balkon für monatlich 460,- € (inkl.), (Bad, WC, Esszimmer und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt).
Von Murnau nach Iffeldorf sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Bahnhof zu Fuss erreichbar, gute Zuganbindung nach München. Langlaufloipe und Skipisten vor der Haustüre.
Bei uns geht es respektvoll, ruhig und sauber zu, wir nehmen viel Rücksicht aufeinander. Ökologie ist wichtig. Tägliche Koch-Orgien sind bitte nicht erwünscht.
Mindestmietdauer 4 Monate, maximal 6 Monate. Wochenendheimfahrer bevorzugt. Der nächste Winter wird für alle etwas anders, wir heizen unsere Wohnung (dank Gasmangel) maximal auf 19 Grad und nehmen unsere gesellschaftliche Verantwortung ernst.
