Hallo:) ich suche eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in für mein kleines aber feines Zimmer in Nagold. Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich ab Mitte April frei. Es hat zwar nur 11qm aber es gibt trotzdem Platz für alles was man so braucht und durch das Fenster hat man einen super schönen Ausblick auf Nagold. Die restliche Wohnung ist dafür umso größer und das große Ess- und Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz für gemütliche Abende. Außerdem hat die Wohnung auch noch einen großen Balkon.
Die Wg liegt zentral in Nagold am Fuß des Steinbergs. Supermärkte, Media Markt, Mc Donals sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Auch die LDT ist nicht weit. Nach Wunsch kann für 20€ im Monat ein Parkplatz dazu gemietet werden.
In deiner zukünftigen Wg wirst du zusammen mit zwei netten Mädels wohnen. Clara arbeitet bei einer Firma in Nagold und Annika studiert an der LDT. In der Wg wird viel zusammen gemacht aber jeder kann auch seine Ruhe haben, wenn er sie braucht.
