Hi everybody,
because I leave Kaldenkirchen, we are looking for a temporary tenant until 26.08.2018.
You are going to have 2 rooms. The bedroom includes a large bed and a wardrobe. The second living and working room includes a large sofabed (perfect for visitors), a big desk, 2 shelves, a TV bench and 2 side tables. Also a stereo, a TV, lamps, etc. are available. You have also the large balcony. In the kitchen, you have everything that you need, including dishwasher!
The clean and bright bathroom has a bathtub/shower and plenty of storage space, but also a large window. You have access to it a large basement room and a laundry room where is washing machine.
The apartment is located near REWE, Aldi, Lidl, and dm. The train station is within a 5-minute walk. The Fonyts can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. By car, it is 7 minutes. Venlo center can be reached at the same time.
You move in with Stephan. He is 28 years old, studied industrial product design at Fontys and was taken over by the company where he completed his internship. He has recently become very successful in self-employment. Stephan is a very easy going and fun to be around. I really enjoyed to live with him and we become very good friends.
