ich (Anja) ziehe zum 01.08. aus der WG aus und ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 15qm Zimmer.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, da man zu Fuß in einer Minute an der Donau ist, in 10min an der Glacis Galerie oder in der Ulmer Innenstadt.
In der WG wohnen noch 3 weitere Girls (Miri, Melissa und Nishtha), die immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche, auf dem Balkon oder für andere Aktivitäten zu haben sind:)
Es wäre super, wenn du der englischen Sprache nicht abgeneigt bist:)
Miri (22) arbeitet im medizinischen Bereich, Melissa (26) studiert Wirtschaft und arbeitet in einem Cafe, Nishtha (27) studiert an der HNU. Wir sitzen gerne zusammen, quatschen, kochen oder schauen Filme.
Wenn jemand seinen Freiraum benötigt, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem:)
Im Zimmer bleibt das Bett inkl. Matratze und Lattenrost, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch mit Schubladenelement, Kleiderschrank, vielleicht das Sofa und Regal. Die Deckenlampe sowie die Vorhänge bleiben im Zimmer. Für die Möbel hätte ich gerne die Ablöse von 350€.
Wir haben uns erst im Januar eine Spülmaschine angeschafft - da ist dann der Betrag 105€ fällig. Ebenso haben wir uns als Haus noch eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine angeschafft - das wären noch 30€ extra.

I (Anja) am moving out of the shared flat on 01.08. and I am looking for a new person for my 15m^2 room.
The location of the apartment is great, as you can walk to the Donau in one minute, to the Glacis Galerie or to the city center of Ulm in 10 minutes.
There are 3 other girls (Miri, Melissa and Nishtha) living in the shared flat who are always available for a chat in the kitchen, on the balcony or for other activities:)
Miri (22) works in the medical field, Melissa (26) is studying economics and works in a café, Nishtha (27) is studying at HNU. We like to sit together, chat, cook or watch movies.
Of course, if someone needs their own space, that's no problem either :)
The bed including mattress and slatted frame, bedside table, desk with drawer unit, closet, maybe the sofa and shelf will remain in the room. The ceiling lamp and curtains will remain in the room. I would like to have the transfer fee of 350€ for the furniture.
We bought a dishwasher in January - the amount is 105€. We have also purchased a shared washing machine as a house - that would be an extra 30€.
