Hey,
da mein momentaner Mitbewohner leider auszieht suche ich ab Februar 2017 noch eine(n) Mitbewohner/in.
Es handelt sich um eine komplett geflieste 90 m² Wohnung mit 2 WG Zimmern + Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung ist größtenteils möbiliert. Eine Küche mit Geschirrspühlmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner und ein großer Fernseh stehen zur freien Verfügung. Das größere Zimmer ist ab 1. Ferbuar 2017 frei.
Wir haben Internet, WLAN und Fernsehanschluss in den Zimmern.
Kleinere Haustiere sind erlaubt und große Haustiere (Katze und Hund nach Erlaubnis des Vermieter)
Im Keller besteht Staurraum für z.B. Fahrräder.
Ich würde mich über nette Leute sehr freuen.
