Das Haus ist relativ offen mit eigenem Zimmer (es ist auch möglich, ein direkt angeschlossenes zweites Zimmer mit zu mieten, die Fläche beträgt dann 30 m2 und +100 € warm), das durchs Haus betreten wird. Es ist alles vollständig eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts.... Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem großen Doppelbett, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Regal. Ein großer smart TV ist ebenso in deinem Zimmer vorhanden.
Dein Zimmer hast du natürlich allein für dich, und wir müssen uns auch kein Bad teilen. Die Küche kann selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden.
Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Terasse und eine 900mbit Leitung mit WLAN. :)

The house is relatively open with its own room (it is also possible to rent a directly connected second room, then its 30 m2 and +100 € warm), which is entered through the house. Everything is completely furnished and there is nothing missing... in your room you have a wide double bed and a big closet. Also there is a smart TV included in your room.
There is a big garden with terrace and a 900mbit line with WLAN. :)
Das Haus ist in Niederzier-Krauthausen, zwischen Düren und Jülich.
Zur Rurtalbahnhaltestelle Richtung Jülich/Linnich und Düren läufst du keine 5 min.
Die Autobahnen A4 und A44 sind schnell erreichbar.
Das Forschungszentrum ist mit dem Rad in 10 min entfernt, der RWTH Campus Jülich knappe 10 km weit weg.
Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug gleich vor der Tür (Dorfleben rockt!).

The house is in Niederzier-Krauthausen, between Düren and Jülich.
To the Rurtalbahn stop in the direction of Jülich/Linnich and Düren you will walk less than 5 minutes.
The freeways A4 and A44 are quickly accessible.
The research center is 10 minutes away by bike, the RWTH Campus Jülich is about 10 km away.
There are more than enough parking spaces right outside the door (village life rocks!).
Ich bin 39 und wohne aktuell in einem viel zu großen Haus mit meinen 3 Katzen. Und damit ich nicht irgendwann als crazy Cat-Lady ende, suche ich vielleicht DICH!
Du solltest umgänglich und nett sein. Dein Geschlecht ist mir total latte, hauptsache wir kommen gut miteinander aus.
Ich unternehme gerne was mit Freunden, bin aber abends auch mal zuhause.
Was wohl nicht klappt, wäre ein totaler Party-König oder eine -Königin, die Rurtalbahn fährt zeitlich begrenzt und nicht die ganze Nacht, außerdem hätte ich sonst Angst, dass du mir die Bude auseinandernimmst, wenn ich nicht da bin. :D
Eine Beteiligung am Putzen etc setze ich voraus, da kann man sich bestimmt einig werden...und falls du einen grünen Daumen hast, darfst du dich liebend gern im Garten austoben. <3

What probably wouldn't work would be a total party king or queen, the Rurtalbahn runs for a limited time and not the whole night, and I'd be afraid that you'd tear the place apart when I'm not there. :D
A participation in cleaning etc. is a prerequisite, I'm sure we can agree on that...and if you have a green thumb, you are welcome to let off steam in the garden. <3
