In einem Einfamilienhaus, sehr ruhig gelegen, sind im 1 OG 3 Zimmer plus Küche, Badund Dusche mit WC, 2 Zimmer in der Größe von ca. 15qm frei, das 3. Zimmer ist einem der Kinder reserviert, die ab und zu am Wochenende zu Besuch sind. Da es sich um Erstvermietung handelt, gibt es dort lediglich ein Bett. Schränke werden auf Wunsch hinzugestellt.
Es handelt sich um eine Sackgasse fast im Zenrtum von Niefern. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind Busse (5min, Bahn ca. 20min zu Fuß). Autobahnauffahrt auf die A8 ca. 1 km. (25min bis Karlsruhe, 30min bis Autobahnkreuz Stuttgart).
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig neben einem Park.
Derzeit sind am Wochenende manchmal die Kinder im Haus, ein Zimmer wird von einem jungen Chinesen bewohnt, der in der Nähe arbeitet. Die WG Wohnung hat eine eigene Küche.
Internet ist vorhanden, Balkon ist vorhanden, der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, Die Waschmaschine im Keler kann mitbenutzt werden. Gelegentlich gibt es musikalische "Übungen". Sonst ist es sehr ruhig!
