Ich suche für meine Wohnung einen Untermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bereits ausgestattet. (Bett, Schrank etc.) Somit muss nur noch mit Sach und Pack eingezogen werden.
Am liebsten wäre mir ein Wochenendheimfahrer.
Bzgl. Des Einzugsdatums und Mietdauer bin ich flexibel :)
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Nürnberg- Altenfurt. Supermärkte, Apotheke etc. sind fußläufig in 2-5 min zu erreichen.
Mit der Sbahn ist man in 11 min am Hbf. Zur Sbahn läuft man 6-7 min.
Nun etwas zu mir: ich bin 25 Jahre alt, arbeite bei der Stadt und bin ein sehr aktivier Mensch. Unter anderem mache ich gerne viel Sport, spiele Klavier, treffe Freunde und Familie, fahre Motorrad, gehe Wandern oder Koche. Ich selbst koche immer vegetarisch und esse nur ab und an Fleisch wenn ich auswärts esse. Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig. Auch fände ich es schön ab und an gemeinsame WG-Abende zu verbringen.
Die Wohnung besitzt einen Balkon, bei dem man ab nachmittags bis Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat :)
Zur Miete: die Miete beträgt pauschal 450 Euro. Hier sind die Möbel, alle Nebenkosten, Strom, GEZ und Internet inklusive.
