ein Zimmer wird frei!!!
Die Wohung hat 3 Zimmer und einen netten Balkon mit Sicht in den Innenhof. Sie liegt in der ALtstadt und ist nur ein Katzensprung von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Weiser Turm entfernt, außerdem ist die Tram auch nebenan. Es gibt alles was man braucht, glaube ich jedenfalls: Bad mit Dusche/Badewann, schnelle Internetflat, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine (klaro).
Zu mir selbst: ich bin Studend an der Wiso (Sozialökonomik - was ist denn das ^^?) und bin denke ich ein entspannter, unternehmungslustiger Typ. Ach und bin 24 Jahre. Würde mir gerne eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in wünschen der/die mehr auf gutes Zusammen wert legt als auf eine Zweck-Wg. Das 3te Zimmer wird gerade als Wohnzimmer genutzt, jedoch kann man sich überlegen ob noch jemand einzieht, das ist aber dann weiter zu besprechen. bin da ganz offen :) in den 350€ ist natürlich alles drin, auch Internet und Strom blabla
