Ich mache ein Auslandssemester deshalb wird mein 14 m²-Zimmer frei. Es hat zwei große Fenster und ist (wenn nicht anders gewünscht) voll möbliert: Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, 2-m-Sofa (gut für Übernachtungsgäste), Kommode, Regal, ...
Der Boden ist Holz-Laminat.
Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Man kann alles wichtige schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Aldi ist gleich um die Ecke (sonst Norma/ Kaufland). Die Pegnitzwiesen fast vor der Haustür. Wer alternative Läden oder verschiedene Kneipen sucht wird im Nachbarstadtteil Gostenhof schnell fündig.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr nett und ziemlich unkompliziert, du kannst sie für alle möglichen Aktivitäten begeistern und dich auch gerne mal ihr gemütlich zusammenhocken, kochen und plaudern.
