Wir suchen für unsere gemischte 3er WG einen neuen / neue MitbewohnerIn. Die Wohnung ist im 3.Stockwerk in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone im Stadtteil Bleiweiß. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß etwa 15min. Die Straßenbahn 6,8 und 9 hält in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5min Fußweg). Zudem kann man in der Nähe einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auffinden, die auch nicht mehr als 10min entfernt sind (z.B. Lidl, Edeka, Netto).
Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Fenster. Beheizt wird die Wohnung mit einer Zentralheizung. Im Innenhof befindet sich ein überdachter Fahrradabstellplatz. Zudem verfügt die WG über ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 16 qm und ist ab dem 1. September 2012 verfügbar. Evtl. auch schon früher nach Absprache.
Die Miete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt derzeit 251€. Dies beinhaltet auch schon einen Telefon/Internet-Anschluss.
