Das Foto ist noch von 2017, ein neueres habe ich leider noch nicht, weil ich selbst nicht in Nürnberg wohne. Möbel aus der Serie PAX/Malm von IKEA. Zum Zimmer gehört auch eine Bettdecke, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, und die Küche ist mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet.
Einfach Koffer nehmen und einziehen.
WLAN ist im Preis inklusive. Für GEZ sind Sie selbst verantwortlich.
Strom, Heizung und Wasser sind in der monatlichen Abschlagszahlung für die Nebenkosten enthalten.
MIETE: EUR 315,- zuzüglich EUR 80,- Nebenkostenvorauszahlung pro Monat, also insgesamt EUR 395,-. Kaution: 2 Kaltmieten. Bitte füllen Sie bei Interesse die beigefügte kurze Selbstauskunft aus.
P.S. Ich weiß leider nicht, wie schnell das Internet ist, und ob das Telefon analog oder ISDN ist.
Auch ist der Energieausweis schon abgelaufen. Da muss ich die Hausverwaltung um den aktuellen Energieausweis bitten. ... Die Wohnung wird mit einer Gastherme beheizt, die auch das warme Wasser erzeugt.
