Es gibt in der Wohnung 4 Zimmer. Ein Durchgangszimmer mit Kachelofen, dass als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden soll, zwei etwa gleichgroße Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm und ein etwas kleineres Zimmer mit ca. 14 qm. Alle Zimmer haben Laminat, sind frisch gestrichen und haben Stuck. Bad ist klein aber fein - siehe Bilder. Küche ist neuwertig, mit Geschirrspüler :)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist 100m zur U-Bahn Maximilianstraße, 300 m zur Straßenbahn in St. Johannis, 200 m zum Wiesengrund und das Kneipenviertel Gostenhof ist ca. 400 m. Anbindung zur A73 super, Für Arbeiter in Erlangen und Fürth super geeignet. Kleines Manko - direkt an der Hauptstraße - aaaber: tolle Fenster, man hört es kaum! Balkon hintenraus und Terrasse zum grillen wurde letztes Jahr errichtet. Es gibt einen Fahrradstellplatz und ein Kellerabteil.
WG-Leben - ich ziehe von Zirndorf in die äußere Innenstadt und freue nich über lustige Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner. Ich bin für ziemlich jeden Spaß zu haben, habe aber auch noch viele berufliche Ziele, die es zu erreichen gilt...WG-Leben sollte durchwachsen sein - kochen, Weinchen, mal ne Party, mal ruhiger Couchabend, mal jeder für sich :)
Ich muss innerhalb einer Woche ab heute der Vermieterin die Neuen Mieter mitteilen - da ihr die Liquidität sehr wichtig ist, Berufstätige bevorzugt. Ich freu mich über jeden Anruf - Einzug wäre 1.4. oder 15.3. - das ist etwas variabel bzw. wird auch am WE ausgehandelt.
