wir suchen ab Anfang Oktober jemanden der unser freigewordenes Zimmer bewohnen möchte. Da ich (Nele) als Mädchen sonst doch ein bisschen in der Unterzahl bin, würden wir uns über weiblichen Zuwachs freuen...
Die Miete von 320 euro beinhaltet bereits die Nebenkosten also Strom und Gas und Telefon&Internet, Müllabfuhr, Hausordnung usw.
Eine reine Zweck-WG ist nichts für uns, wir unternehmen gerne immer wieder etwas zusammen.
Wichtig zu sagen ist vielleicht noch, dass wir eine WG-Katze haben und es bei uns keine Kühlschrankfächer gibt: jeder zahlt ca 100 euro im Monat, dafür kaufen wir dann auch gemeinsam ein (Sonderwünsche gehn natürlich extra)...
Supermarkt und Ubahn sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe!
