Das Zimmer ist 25m² groß und hat ca 3,50m hohe Wände. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und hat einen Teppichbelag. Ich habe es vor ca einem Jahr weiß gestrichen. Das Zimmer liegt direkt gegenüber des Bades. Nach Nürnberg sind es ca 10 min mit der Ubahn (Haltestelle Jakobinenstraße) und nach Erlangen fährt man 8 min mit dem Zug (Fußweg zum Bahnhof ca 4 min) also für Studenten optimal! Außerdem ist der Stadtpark nur zwei Straßen entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi oder Marktkauf sind auch in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
