Hallo zusammen,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin zum Ende Juli auszieht, suchen wir ab August eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Zu uns:
Wir sind 24 und 25 Jahre alt, berufstätig und Studentin.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, plus Küche und Bad mit Badewanne. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschiene, Gefrierschrank ...)
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 70m² und dein zukünftiges Zimmer etwa 12m² (dein Zimmer ist hell und mit Laminat ausgelegt).
Da die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt, ist alles in unmittelbarer nähe. Zum Bahnhof sind es 10 Fussminuten, zum Hauptmarkt 5 Fussminuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Rathenauplatz mit Bus, Tram und U-Bahn.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten und alles was man fürs Leben braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir suchen eine nette freundliche und ordentliche :) Mitbewohnerin.
